Late fees increased on October 1, 2018, to $10.00 per account, per month. Past due amounts over $500.00 are calculated at a higher rate.
Request to Waive Late Fees
Customers may request a waiver of late fees by submitting a written request explaining the circumstances.
Please include:
- Account holder name
- Service address or account number
- Contact phone number or email address
- Reason for the request
All requests will be reviewed based on account history and payment history. Approval of a waiver request is not guaranteed.
Submitting a request does not prevent additional late fees or service interruption.
